As our logo, the bear, suggests, our wooden products are built to be bear-strong, to be a good training buddy and to support you optimally on your fitness journey. We only use sustainable beech wood that meets our high quality standards and have the devices manufactured in Europe from the first to the last handle.

Nowadays, especially on Amazon, where we sell our products, there is an overabundance of cheaply made products that often leave much to be desired in terms of quality. We want to show that it can be done differently. Our products are made in Europe and we still strive to remain affordable without compromising on quality.

FSC® stands for “Forest Stewardship Council®”. It is an international certification system for more sustainable forest management. The wood used for furniture, toys, books, school notebooks, or pencils with the FSC® label comes from forests that are managed more responsibly.
Bare Hands products are developed in Austria and produced in Serbia according to the highest quality standards.
Calisthenics (Greek: καλός, kalos ’beautiful‘, ‘good‘ and σθένος, sthenos ‘strength‘) is a strength sport that requires only bodyweight and minimal equipment. The goal is to develop static and dynamic skills on the ground, on bars, with parallettes and on wall bars. Depending on personal preference, this sport can be practiced in public parks, indoor gyms or at home. Typical exercises include handstand variations, muscle-ups, back levers, etc. But even for simple home training focusing on push-ups and handstands, parallettes are the ideal equipment for controlling training intensity and protecting the wrists.
Parallettes are necessary for calisthenics athletes to protect the wrists on one’s hand. But there are also exercises like planche push-ups that are much easier to perform on parallettes. Additionally, they help you make better use of your joint mobility and allow you to perform exercises with higher intensity, or to adjust the training intensity perfectly to your needs.
